Mayfield Animal Hospital is welcoming a full-time, dedicated Registered Veterinary Technologist, RVT, to join our amazing team of skilled veterinary professionals. Since 1972, we’ve been serving West Edmonton and beyond with our general practice and referral services. Over the last 40 years, we’ve grown into a multi-doctor practice offering complete wellness care, laboratory services, digital radiology diagnostics and general surgery/dentistry to dogs and cats. In addition to our exceptional general practice care, we offer referral dentistry and dermatology services.
Have completed a Veterinary Technician or Animal Health Technician program.
At Mayfield Animal Hospital, you will have an opportunity to learn more in your role, including advanced dental procedures, including root canals and vital pulpotomies.
Surgical preparation, assistance and patient recovery
Ability to keep detailed and accurate patient records
Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients and their pet parents
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to problem-solve or the ability to ask clarifying questions to help you find solutions
Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues and pet parents
Passion to learn more within the role
