About the Opportunity
Our client, a large national retail organization, is seeking a thoughtful and experienced professional to support store operators across Canada during times of transition and operational change. As a Dealer Changeover Consultant, you will guide independent owners through new systems, processes, and operating practices, ensuring they can adopt changes with confidence and minimal disruption.
You will act as the connection point between corporate teams and the dealer network, helping local operators navigate new standards, technology updates, and transformation initiatives. This role has a strong people focus and offers the chance to influence store performance, operational consistency, and customer experience across a large multi-location network.
You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values clear communication, practical problem solving, and partnership. This role offers broad exposure to store operations, change management, and transformation work, along with opportunities to build strong relationships across the network. You will gain hands-on experience in guiding stores through important operational changes while contributing to a culture built on trust, continuous improvement, and shared success.
