What you will be doing:

Contributes to the overall success of the Growth Marketing team by owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital experiences on Tangerine.ca. This role is accountable for driving acquisition and engagement through data-driven decision-making, continuous optimization, and best-in-class client journeys. Collaborates with partners across the bank to identify opportunities, define priorities, and deliver measurable impact. Ensures all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and accessibility standards. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, MarTech Experience & Operations.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital experiences – from strategy and planning to execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Develop and implement experience strategies that align with business objectives and client needs, leveraging insights from analytics and competitive trends.
  • Lead and manage execution of new web experiences and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Analyze performance metrics and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and drive conversion optimization through A/B testing and personalization.
  • Champion client-centric design by understanding digital journeys and creating seamless paths to conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across marketing, product, UX, analytics, and technology teams to influence planning, secure alignment, and drive execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative experiences that differentiate Tangerine and support growth objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain site health (quality assurance, accessibility, SEO) and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Continuously evolve processes and documentation to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to inform strategy and share best practices across teams.
  • Drive measurable impact by using data and insights to optimize experiences and deliver business results.
  • Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.
  • Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or digital experience management.
  • Strong understanding of client journeys and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or other content management systems (CMS), as well as Adobe Target for personalization and testing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and execution.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Workfront).
