The Alberta Serious Incident Response Team (ASIRT) is responsible for investigating police and peace officers for allegations of criminal or statutory offences.
The Level 2 team at ASIRT investigates allegations of criminal or other statutory offences that fall outside of the serious and sensitive mandate of the Level 1 team.
Reporting to the ASIRT Level 2 Investigations Manager, this position is responsible for conducting investigations into criminal and other statutory offences, including planning and conducting interviews, reviewing criminal allegations and gathering and analyzing evidence.

A university degree (4 years) in a related field (Police Studies, Sociology, Criminology, or related field), plus four years of progressively responsible related experience.
