Agilus is recruiting for a Warehouse Technician in the Industrial Services sector in Edmonton, Alberta. We’re seeking a full-time permanent Tooling Warehouse Technician to manage, maintain, and prepare tools and equipment for multiple worksites. This hands-on role involves organizing inventory, performing light repairs, and supporting a small, close-knit team in a growing division. If you have strong mechanical aptitude and warehouse experience, this is your chance to join a stable company with room to grow. Total rewards: $25.00 - $32.00 hourly Annual performance-based bonus 3 weeks vacation to start Health and dental benefits after 3-month probation 5% RRSP matching after 6 months Company-paid forklift certification renewal Competitive hourly pay range: $25–$32 based on experience Opportunities for long-term growth and stability Supportive, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, clean, and organize tools and equipment Pick, test, and prepare tools for shipment to worksites Perform light bench-level tool repairs Maintain accurate inventory using barcode scanners Assist with new inventory system implementation Communicate with internal teams to fulfill tool requests Operate forklifts and perform occasional delivery runs to Joffre site Adhere to all safety standards and procedures Requirements: 3–5+ years industrial warehouse experience (5+ preferred) Valid forklift certification or willingness to renew (company-paid) Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools/equipment Basic computer skills and experience with barcode scanners Welding knowledge and safety tickets (Fall Arrest, Gas Testing, Rigging) are assets Reliable, positive, and able to work independently after morning direction Flexible and team-oriented with a willingness to take on varied tasks High school diploma or equivalent; technical training an asset This posting is for an active opening.
