Your Responsibilities
You’ll manage event and space setup, arranging and moving furniture and equipment in multifunctional areas for meetings, events, and activities.
You’ll assist employees with locker resets and access issues, providing friendly and responsive support.
You’ll conduct regular facility inspections, walking through office areas to ensure maintenance and safety checklists are up to date.
You’ll support the facilities team with day-to-day operational requests and small projects, keeping the office running smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in facilities, customer service, operations, or a related role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and move furniture as required
Attention to detail in performing inspections and following checklists
Reliable, proactive, and collaborative approach to supporting team and office needs
