Our Federal Government client is seeking a Special Advisor to join their team on a 6-month contract. 

This contract is full-time on-site in Ottawa. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Orientation & Engagements.Conduct interviews and collaborative discussions with key stakeholders within stakeholder community
  • Program Foundation & Governance (Management)
  • Capability Management & Sustainment
  • Capability Development & Integration
  • End-of-Life (EOL) & Disposal Strategy
  • Strategic Documentation & Roadmap

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of five (5) years, within the last eight (8) years, of demonstrated experience providing strategic advisory services for the successful development and initiation of large-scale, multi-year organizational programs or capability management frameworks within the Federal Government.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience, within the last ten (10) years, developing and implementing strategic plans for Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) within a defence or security, high-complexity C5ISRT (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Target Acquisition) environment.
  • Secret Clearance
