We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team. This role is perfect for a strong retail professional with leadership experience who can manage a team, drive sales, and maintain exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate treats the store as their own business, building a positive culture while achieving performance targets.
Location: Fully on-site, Richmond Hill
Responsibilities:
Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a team of 7-10 sales associates and support staff, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
Drive sales and commission performance through effective leadership, relationship-building, and staff motivation.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, in-store promotions, and showroom merchandising.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, preparing reports for district management.
Maintain a professional, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of retail management experience; experience in commission-based or high-value sales is a plus.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales goals.
Strong people skills with experience in coaching, performance management, and staff development.
Flexible education requirements; diploma or relevant retail/business experience considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Availability to work Saturdays and occasional evening shifts.
