Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learner Pathways/ACAT Secretariat, the Operations Facilitator plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations that support learner mobility across Alberta’s adult learning system. This position works within the Ministry of Advanced Education’s Engagement and Student Supports (ESS) branch to strengthen the Alberta Transfer System and learner pathways by connecting data, people, and processes across institutions and jurisdictions.

University graduation in a related field plus 4 years progressively responsible related experience; or equivalent as described below.

This permanent position is located in Edmonton and works 36.25 hours per week, 8:15am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Consideration may also be given to the successful candidate to work from another urban center in Alberta.
