We’re seeking a seasoned Application/Software Architect to lead data and solution architecture for a major Grants & Contributions transformation initiative. This is a high-impact role shaping a modern, cloud-first platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online and the Power Platform.

What You’ll Do

• Lead data architecture design, including data models, data dictionaries, and cloud-based information architecture.

• Develop solution architectures and implementation strategies for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

• Propose and design cloud architecture solutions, integrations, and customizations.

• Analyze functional requirements and map information flows and decision processes.

• Support migration of legacy on-premise Dynamics systems to Dynamics 365 Online.

• Create prototypes, conduct fit-gap analyses, and identify opportunities for component reuse.

• Provide architecture deliverables, implementation plans, and support sprint teams.

What You Bring

• 10+ years as an Application/Software Architect (Level 3).

• Experience leading strategy and roadmaps for complex IM/IT transformations involving Dynamics 365 Online and/or Power Platform.

• Proven architecture design expertise for multiple large-scale cloud or enterprise projects.

• 3+ years architecting migrations from Dynamics on-premise to Dynamics 365 Online, including data migration.

• Experience integrating at least three Power Platform components (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power Pages, Dataverse, etc.).

• Experience architecting a cloud platform meeting PB/M-M/M-A security and availability standards.
