About the Opportunity
Join a high-performing operations environment that plays a central role in keeping one of Canada’s most recognized retail supply chains running seamlessly. As a Team Lead within the Operations Planning Centre, you will guide a group of planners responsible for developing accurate, timely, and cost-effective daily operational plans that support stores across the country . Your leadership will help ensure the organization meets its service level, quality, and accuracy targets while navigating a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a team that works closely with Transportation, Distribution, Production Planning, Logistics, Decision Support, and Store Operations. You will play a key role in improving planning processes, strengthening cross-functional relationships, and driving continuous advancement within a highly collaborative operations hub.
