Our wealth management client is hiring for a Client Services Associate to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity working full time onsite downtown Ottawa.

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to support our growing group benefits business. This role involves general office duties, client file management, and group benefits administration, ensuring excellent service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
General Office Duties:

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Manage mail, faxes, photocopying, and scanning

  • Maintain client files and perform data entry

  • Order office supplies and provide personal assistant support as needed

Group Benefits Administration:

  • Process employee enrollments and terminations

  • Update employee information such as address, salary, beneficiaries, and dependents

  • Issue monthly premium statements to select clients

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proactive client service mindset
