About the Opportunity
Our leading retail client, Canadian Tire Corporation, is seeking a Technical Writer who can bring clarity and structure to fast-moving, high-impact operational communications. In this role, you will support store operations teams by translating complex information into clear, action-ready documentation that ensures every store has the guidance it needs to operate effectively. Your work will help maintain consistency, reduce errors, and keep nationwide operations running smoothly.
You will collaborate with submitters, SMEs, and key stakeholders across a large and dynamic organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and high visibility, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on communication flow, operational accuracy, and national store performance.
