Ready to lead high-impact print projects from concept to delivery? Our client in the print industry is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to bring creativity, precision, and leadership to the team! Agilus is recruiting for a Print Project Coordinator/Manager in the custom and print manufacturing industry in Paris, Ontario. What's in it for you: Annual salary up to $62,000, commensurate with experience and skills. Monitor project costs against budget, investigating and resolving any variances. Partner daily with Production Managers to track the status of work orders through all stages—pre-production, production, quality checks, shipping, and installation. Ensure all necessary documentation and materials (e.g. finish samples) are prepared, approved, and distributed to relevant departments. Maintain strong, professional client relationships by providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Work in tandem with Production Managers to oversee progress from start to finish. Own the project journey—from initial approval to final invoicing—ensuring seamless execution at every stage. You bring: 2–4 years of project management experience in custom manufacturing, print and/or retail operation Must have coordination experience with a physical product Experience in both client-facing and production environments. Architectural or Millwork project management experience is an asset. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems. PMP certification or working towards it is considered an asset. Strong problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. This posting is for an active opening.
