We are looking for an experienced Senior Strategic Advisor to support our federal government client on a large, high-impact initiative. The successful candidate will provide high-level strategic guidance, help clarify complex issues, and support senior leaders in shaping the direction, structure, and long-term planning of a major program
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership
Support the development of program frameworks, governance structures, and planning tools
Translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights
Review and improve briefing materials, presentations, and strategic documents
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities related to program planning and execution
Facilitate alignment and communication across multiple stakeholders and functional teams
Contribute to long-term visioning, capability planning, and roadmap development for enterprise-level initiatives, including work that may involve multi-domain command, intelligence, communications, and technology systems
Requirements
Extensive experience providing strategic advisory services to executive-level stakeholders
Strong background in planning and supporting large, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to complex environments
Experience with technology-driven, security-related, or specialized environments is an asset
Proven ability to develop governance frameworks, strategic plans, or lifecycle recommendations
Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
