Altis is partnering with a dynamic organization in the healthcare and professional services sector to find a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of high-volume recruitment, supporting multiple business units and creating an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders. You’ll work with hiring managers and leadership teams to shape innovative recruitment strategies that attract top talent and support the organization’s growth.

You’ll manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, including intake meetings, role postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
You’ll oversee the offer and selection process, including offer discussions, reference checks, and collaboration with third-party background check vendors.
You’ll handle 20–25 active requisitions at a time, ranging from entry-level to mid-senior roles.
You’ll develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, social media, and other innovative channels to attract diverse talent.
You’ll build strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and professional associations to support student and co-op programs.
You’ll deliver market insights to inform hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
You’ll ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional experience for all candidates and stakeholders.
3+ years of experience recruiting entry to mid-level professionals in a high-volume environment.
Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and French.
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related industries is an asset.
Proven success in direct sourcing and proactive talent engagement.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Workday or similar ATS, and Microsoft Office suite.
A genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition growth.
