Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing global inbound leads and implementing outbound lead generation programs with technical marketing support, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline growth for Calian GNSS antenna solutions. This role focuses on accelerating customer response times, nurturing smaller accounts, and driving pipeline growth through proactive outreach in strategic verticals such as precision agriculture/machine control, marine, uav/drone/robotics/ survey/timing, space and defense.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities to field sales, application engineers, distribution channels and Calian sales executives.
  • Engage customers promptly on RFQ’s, product inquiries, and smaller transactions to maintain momentum.
  • Provide pre-sales support including technical assistance, quotations, product presentations, and early-stage project qualification before assigning to distribution or Calian sales executives.
  • Maintain leads and opportunities in ClaritySoft CRM to ensure pipeline accuracy.
  • Prospect new opportunities through cold/warm outreach programs in targeted GNSS verticals.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in inside sales or sales support within technology or GNSS-related industries.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and convey product value to customers.
