We are seeking a hands-on operational leader to partner with a successful founder in a high-growth environment. As the organization expands its footprint, you will take the reins of daily operations and sales, converting strategic vision into execution.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll serve as the operational architect, building standardized workflows and SOPs tailored to the Canadian regulatory and healthcare landscape.
In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end experience for both healthcare members and clients, managing onboarding, scheduling, and quality assurance.
You’ll lead the charge on compliance, ensuring all procedures adhere to privacy laws (PHIPA/PIPEDA) and provincial standards.
You’ll drive sales team performance, hiring and coaching staff while fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and ownership.
You’ll act as the right hand to the founder, managing vendor relationships and financial stewardship to ensure the business runs smoothly while leadership focuses on sales and growth.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of operational leadership experience (Director, VP, or C-suite level), specifically within a start-up or early-stage environment.
Deep experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries, with a strong grasp of Canadian compliance standards.
A true "doer" mentality—someone who is humble, hands-on, and ready to execute rather than just strategize.
Proven ability to build teams and infrastructure from the ground up in a fast-paced setting.
