Job Opportunity: Project Manager

Location: Hybrid

An organization in the public safety sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a full end-to-end assessment and modernization initiative for a mission-critical workflow system. This role will drive improvements to efficiency, technology, risk controls, and future-state design for a high-impact operational program.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a comprehensive current-state assessment of workflows, technology, data processes, and performance.

  • Conduct risk and controls analysis focusing on security, integrity, and sustainability.

  • Design a future-state operating model, including process redesign, technology modernization options, and proof-of-concept/MVP recommendations.

  • Develop a roadmap outlining quick wins, longer-term enhancements, business case elements, and change-management considerations.

  • Deliver key artifacts: discovery report, diagnostics, future-state design, roadmap, and executive briefing.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience leading medium-to-complex projects in public-sector or security-sensitive environments.

  • Certifications/education in Project Management, IT, or Business Administration.

  • Proven experience working in high-security or restricted environments.

  • Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and provide strategic advice on process and systems transformation.
