Salary: From 40 to 48 per Hour

You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and internal leaders to drive improvements, strengthen compliance, and deliver an exceptional payroll experience for staff across the organization. Your Responsibilities
• You will oversee the full biweekly payroll cycle in Workday, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• You will manage day-to-day benefits and pension administration, liaise with vendors, and resolve escalated inquiries with clarity and care.
• In this role, you will lead financial reconciliations, support audits, develop reporting, and maintain year-end deliverables including T4s and pension adjustments.
• You will serve as a key advisor to employees and HR partners, offering expert guidance on payroll legislation, policies, and internal practices.
• You will support system configuration in Workday, enhance process documentation, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive payroll administration experience with strong federal and provincial compliance knowledge.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Workday payroll experience.
• Post-secondary education in Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources, with PCP completed or in progress, PLP an asset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative partnerships.
• Proven attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and experience managing multiple priorities.
