As a Fee Management Senior Officer, you will contribute to the successful day-to-day operations of the team by supporting all fee-based platforms in compliance with all requisite fee-based policies, procedures, and work instructions.

 

This is a 12 month term position.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for the administration of fee setups into the fee calculation application and the ongoing oversight and maintenance of fee invoice records within the fee calculation application
  • Be accountable for the integrity of all fee calculations and the posting of fees to the book of record
  • Be responsible for the monthly and quarterly reconciliation and analysis tasks, to ensure compliance with all oversight requirements within the prescribed service level timelines and the distribution of required information to relevant parties in time for all required signoffs
  • Be responsible for the documentation and maintenance of fee-based work instructions and processes, to ensure consistent and accurate adherence to processes
  • Maintain an elevated level of client service
  • Actively share knowledge and experience to enhance the development of all team members

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • University degree or College diploma, preferably with a financial background
  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical position
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
  • A focused desire to provide a superior experience for all clients and their advisors
  • Well-developed multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Exceptional time/priority management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and produce deliverables that reflect high standards
