What does a Pre-Boarding Screening Officer do?
Screen passengers, non-passengers, and baggage
Control access to restricted areas
Interact with the public and provide professional, ethical customer service
Follow regulations and procedures while demonstrating critical thinking
What are the qualifications to become a Pre-Boarding Screening Officer?
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
Be 18 years of age or older
Hold a high school diploma (or equivalent)
Fluent in French, both spoken and written
Knowledge of English is an asset
Have at least one (1) year of customer service experience
Have a clear criminal record and be eligible to obtain a CIZR
Be able to obtain a medical certificate and meet the physical requirements of the position
