The Senior Software Engineer – Service Provider works to validate the alignment of software solutions and applications with client requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of business and system requirements and active participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle. The candidate will possess expertise in IT systems, API development, reporting, and processes, and will collaborate effectively with business users, analysts, and technical teams to diagnose and resolve issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead activities related to web design, development, and integration of information systems and platform technologies, following industry best practices and client standards.
• Define and drive the technical vision and direction for projects.
• Collaborate with other implementation team members to understand and meet customer requirements, as documented in the project plan.
• Participate in the design of migration and integration solutions.
• Use a variety of technologies, including serverless frameworks, to integrate client technology elements with other systems or migrate data to the client environment.
• Produce high-quality, secure, scalable, and performant code for middleware, integration, and migration components.
• Handle code fixes and bug resolutions according to standard QA practices.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members.
• Create and maintain technical documentation on integration and migration solutions.
• Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions as both presenter and attendee.
• Continuously apply and improve understanding of client software, SDLC practices, and industry trends.
• Adhere to client procedures while proactively contributing to quality improvements and process enhancements that benefit clients and internal teams.

Specific Project Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with production software integrations in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen, communicate tactfully, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve ambiguities.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Technologies such as Azure Event Hub, Azure Service Bus, C#, PowerShell scripting, Azure DevOps, .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core.
• Experience with serverless development in Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and administration in Windows environments.

Assets / Preferred Skills:

• Terraform knowledge.
• Azure certifications.
• Experience in automation testing for frontend and backend web applications.
