About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a tech-savvy and proactive Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, research initiatives, and outreach activities. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal team members while supporting initiatives that range from administrative coordination to government funding research. Your Responsibilities
You’ll provide general administrative support including calendar management, coordination, and daily operational tasks.
You’ll assist with social media activity and basic marketing initiatives across digital channels.
You’ll conduct research on government grants and funding programs and reach out to government contacts to gather key information.
You’ll use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support research, writing tasks, and workflow automation.
You’ll collaborate with internal team members and provide regular updates to management.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous administrative or research assistant experience.
Strong digital literacy and familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT.
Experience or interest in social media marketing.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn about government grants and funding programs.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
