Our leading non profit client is seeking a Strategy Project Manager to support and deliver a portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives spanning business operations, technology, and organizational transformation. In this role, you’ll lead projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with established methodologies while helping the organization advance its mission and modernize key systems.
You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive clarity, ensure alignment, and deliver measurable results. Your work will enable smoother processes, stronger system adoption, and improved service delivery across the organization, directly supporting teams who serve communities nationwide.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead full-cycle project management, maintaining quality standards and best practices across system integration, deployment, and testing.
You’ll partner with sponsors, business users, technology teams, and vendors to develop detailed project plans including scope, goals, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
You’ll support business case development, cost analysis, budgeting, and structured documentation.
You’ll oversee project execution including resource planning, coordination, progress reporting, budget tracking, and risk management.
You’ll facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
You’ll build strong relationships across teams to support project objectives and organizational priorities.
You’ll collaborate with external vendors to ensure solutions support strategic goals.
You’ll lead change management efforts including training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
You’ll evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
7+ years of progressive project management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Project Management certification.
Proven success leading system integration and deployment projects in technology-enabled business environments.
Proficiency with project management software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex dependencies and risks.
Excellent communication skills, able to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong client focus with experience strengthening stakeholder relationships.
Ability to provide strategic advice, translate objectives into actionable plans, and guide teams through solution implementation.
