If you are looking for your next professional challenge, we have an opportunity for you! As a Mobile Field Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Team! This is for the mobile team of the Calgary Branch

What does a Mobile Field Manager do?

  • Team Oversight: Provide leadership and support for mobile patrol guards and static sites across Calgary, acting as the primary point of contact during the night shift.
  • Patrol & Alarm Management: Monitor and coordinate all mobile patrols and alarm responses, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Supervisor Visits: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site visits citywide to verify guard performance and compliance with security protocols.
  • Guard Support & Performance Checks: Check in with mobile team guards during the shift, address issues, and ensure proper execution of duties.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Complete required health and safety documentation and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Operational Assurance: Ensure all security activities run smoothly during overnight hours and maintain communication with management as needed.

 

Qualifications required for a Field Manager in Calgary 

  • Post-secondary level or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid Alberta Security License
  • Full class 5 advanced drivers license and clean drivers abstract
  • Minimum 2+ years in a physical security environment.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Professional and self motivated.
  • Superior customer service / interpersonal skills
  • Superior communication skills (verbal / written)
  • Able to work in a team environment or independently as required.
  • Excellent MSOffice skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal relationship skills.
