Our people and our approach put us at the forefront of organizational transformation in financial services. We help banks and capital markets firms reinvent their operating models, talent strategies, and cultures to accelerate digital adoption, manage risk, and enhance customer trust.

You are:
A seasoned change leader in the Banking & Capital Markets industry. You know transformation isn’t optional—it’s essential. You’ve led organizations through major change initiatives, from digital transformation to regulatory and operational redesign, and you understand how to make those changes stick.

You bring deep experience in organizational change management, workforce transformation, and leadership enablement, and you’re skilled at guiding complex financial institutions through uncertainty. Colleagues and clients see you as a trusted advisor—someone who can turn strategy into tangible human and cultural impact.

The work:

  • Apply leading practice change methodologies and tools, including:

    • Predictive analytics and change dashboards

    • Engagement and collaboration tools (e.g., Mentimeter, ThinkTank)

    • Experience design using personas and organizational analytics

  • Support clients in building resilient, adaptive organizations capable of continuous reinvention.

  • Partner with leadership teams to measure and sustain adoption, tracking behavior change, engagement, and business outcomes.

  • Contribute to business development—supporting proposals, client relationships, and thought leadership.

  • Help build our Talent & Organization practice through capability development, knowledge sharing, and points-of-view.
