Schedule: Monday–Friday, Hybrid (2–3 days in office; Wednesdays required)
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hr
Start Date: As early as next week

Hours: 7-hour workday

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide essential back-office and program coordination support within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role supports multiple teams across a large division that oversees the implementation of childcare and family-related programs. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, prepare, and distribute communications and correspondence across the department and to external childcare operators.

  • Perform data entry and database updates, including contact information and program records.

  • Support the facilitation of invoicing at year-end, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely processing.

  • Assist with event and workshop coordination, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and logistics.

  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, manage distribution lists, organize virtual meetings, and support daily administrative operations.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to leadership, including attendance tracking, document formatting, and handling inquiries.
