Pay Rate: $23–$25/hr

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide essential back-office and program coordination support within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role supports multiple teams across a large division that oversees the implementation of childcare and family-related programs. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Coordinate, prepare, and distribute communications and correspondence across the department and to external childcare operators.
Perform data entry and database updates, including contact information and program records.
Support the facilitation of invoicing at year-end, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely processing.
Assist with event and workshop coordination, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and logistics.
Maintain and update SharePoint sites, manage distribution lists, organize virtual meetings, and support daily administrative operations.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to leadership, including attendance tracking, document formatting, and handling inquiries.
