We are seeking an experienced Senior IM/IT Project Manager to support a variety of technology initiatives within a large federal government environment. The successful candidate will oversee multiple complex projects, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery from initiation to close-out. This role involves both traditional and Agile project delivery within a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee several project teams and Project Managers.

  • Manage projects using both traditional and Agile/Scrum approaches.

  • Support full project lifecycle activities from initiation through deployment.

  • Define project objectives, scope, resource needs, and timelines.

  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Prepare documentation such as plans, reports, charts, diagrams, and schedules.

  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Present project updates and ensure consistent communication.

  • Support project sign-off and closing activities.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Secret-level security clearance.

  • Education or experience in a related business or technology discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience as an IM/IT Project Manager.

  • Experience performing most of the responsibilities listed above across multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Professional certifications.

  • Experience applying and adapting Agile methodologies in complex environments.

  • Strong experience preparing and leading stakeholder meetings and presentations.

  • Proficiency preparing plans, charts, and diagrams using tools such as MS Project or SharePoint.
