About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Integration Specialist- TIBCO BusinessWorks to play a key role in shaping enterprise-wide integration solutions for a large public-sector organization. This is your chance to lead high-impact design workshops, influence integration architecture, and help modernize mission-critical systems used across the organization.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead integration design workshops, facilitating discussions with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture and best practices.
  • You’ll design and develop end-to-end integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5.x/BW6.x) and related tools.
  • You’ll configure and deploy integration components, create shared resources, and build SOAP/REST-based web services.
  • You’ll conduct testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and optimize integration performance for reliability and scalability.
  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, seamless communication between systems.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in systems integration, including hands-on work with TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO EMS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and support enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud integration, Power Platform, and the Azure ecosystem.
  • Experience in data transformation, mapping, and error handling.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and middleware standards.
  • Knowledge of API management, system migration, and enterprise integration strategies.
  • Certification in TIBCO or related integration technologies
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
