  • Lead implementation and adoption of MarTech solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational readiness, and effective change management across impacted teams.
  • Drive operational efficiency and performance optimization through automation, advanced analytics, and resource planning to reduce costs and maximize ROI.

  • Ensure compliance and governance by embedding risk management, data privacy, and accessibility standards into all technology and process decisions.
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture, promoting innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • 7+ years in marketing technology, digital platforms, or marketing operations within an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record in MarTech strategy development, roadmap execution, and capability enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Journey Optimizer) and familiarity with complementary platforms (e.g., CDPs, marketing automation and AI, analytics tools, next best action).
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, personalization, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence across Marketing, Technology, and business units.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., Law 25) and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Agile delivery experience and comfort working with cross-functional and offshore teams.

What's in it for you?

  • Work in a mission-driven culture that prioritizes empowerment, diversity, and continuous learning.
  • Join a modern banking environment where design plays a central role in shaping client value.

About Scotiabank

The Scotiabank Veterans Network (SVN) is committed to supporting veterans, reservists, and military spouses by recognizing and valuing their unique skills and experiences. As a military-friendly employer, Scotiabank actively promotes the integration of veterans into civilian careers by offering a wide range of employment opportunities across the Bank.  SVN plays a key role in this effort, leading initiatives such as a mentorship program designed to support both current and transitioning veterans.

The team was instrumental in driving recent enhancements to Scotiabank’s reservist leave policy and organized the inaugural Valour and Vision Expo in Q4 2024, where industry leaders pledged to support veterans entering the civilian workforce.  In February 2025, Scotiabank proudly served as the lead Banking Sponsor of the Invictus Games, an international multi-sport event that aids in the rehabilitation of wounded, injured, and ill service members—both active and retired.

Additionally, SVN hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including leadership symposiums and annual Remembrance Day ceremonies, to honor and support the military community.
