Accounting Coordinator role open in NW Calgary, one month contract, start ASAP! Agilus is recruiting for an Accounting Coordinator in the post-secondary sector in Calgary, Alberta. We're actively working with our client to hire for their accounting team. They're looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join their team for a short term contract. What's in it for you: Duration: 4 to 6 weeks depending on workload Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35hours per week. 2 days remote, 3 days in-office. 8am-4pm Pay Rate Range: $30 - $40/hour Weekly payroll Responsibilities: Receiving procurement statements, coding, authorizations, journal entries Following up on missing statements Reviewing general ledger allocations and updating the contract database Capital asset management and inventory accounting Reviewing vendor data Financial reporting Reconciliations, balance sheets, income statements Assist with AP duties when needed Requirements: 5+ years of experience working in accounting Post-secondary completion in accounting/finance Experience with AP, capital assets, general ledger, and inventory accounting Fluent with Sage This posting is for an active opening.
