This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of social engagement for one of Canada’s largest and most influential retail organizations. As the Senior Product Manager, Social Platforms, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of technology that powers authentic, data-driven social connections between customers, associates, creators, and local communities.
Working at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable platforms that enable social storytelling across influencer, affiliate, ambassador, and local social programs. Your work will directly support customer trust, brand loyalty, and long-term growth within a complex, fast-paced, enterprise environment.

You’ll define the long-term vision and strategy for social platform products, grounded in market insights and stakeholder collaboration.
In this role, you’ll own product roadmaps and feature backlogs, translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable priorities.
You’ll turn insights into measurable outcomes by setting objectives, KPIs, and user acceptance criteria.
You’ll evaluate success by tracking adoption, performance, and ROI across influencer, affiliate, creator, and local social platforms.
You’ll partner closely with engineering, marketing, and business teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
You’ll lead the adoption and integration of emerging AI technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
5+ years of progressive product management experience, ideally within digital marketing, social commerce, or engagement platforms.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree considered an asset.
Strong experience working in Agile environments with backlog and roadmap ownership.
Proven ability to launch platform products from concept to market.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort operating in large, matrixed organizations with competing priorities.
