Our client is undergoing a major ERP modernization and is looking for an experienced SAP Lead Architect to guide the strategic direction and overall design of their SAP environment. This role is responsible for shaping the long-term roadmap, driving solution architecture, and ensuring SAP supports both current business needs and future growth.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to align business priorities with technology capabilities. The ideal professional brings a strong mix of SAP leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence enterprise-wide decisions. This is a key strategic role within a large, complex organization where SAP plays a critical part in day-to-day operations and transformation initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the overall architecture and design of the organization’s SAP environment.
Develop and maintain the long-term SAP roadmap aligned to business strategy.
Oversee solution planning, integration design, and delivery across SAP modules and connected systems.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to guide decisions and support major ERP initiatives.
Drive governance, best practices, and continuous improvements across the SAP landscape.
Qualifications and Skills
12+ years of SAP experience with strong architectural and cross-module integration knowledge.
Proven leadership delivering large-scale SAP programs or transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to build roadmaps and influence executive-level stakeholders.
Experience operating in complex, enterprise environments with diverse teams.
Solid understanding of SAP methodologies, solution design, and modern DevOps/cloud practices.
