You’ll partner closely with internal legal, finance, and collections teams to minimize risk, maintain compliance, and achieve recovery targets while ensuring fair, transparent client outcomes.
You’ll join a workplace that values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning. Expect mentorship from experienced leaders in mortgage and legal recovery, exposure to complex real estate files, and opportunities to grow within a respected financial institution that takes pride in ethical practices and employee well-being.

You’ll maintain accurate and detailed documentation, safeguarding compliance and supporting audit readiness.
You’ll proactively monitor account performance, identifying risks and proposing recovery strategies.
3+ years of experience in mortgage collections, legal administration, or default management.
Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, default law, and real estate recovery processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
“We’re looking for someone who can balance empathy with decisiveness, someone who’s confident navigating legal and financial details while maintaining a people-first approach to recovery.”
If you’ve never worked with a staffing agency before, don’t worry, we make it easy. You’ll still engage directly with the client while we handle the logistics, provide guidance, and keep you informed every step of the way. We’ll represent your strengths, guide you through each stage of the process, and ensure the experience feels personal and transparent.
