Our client, a national leader in the telecommunication technology sector, is seeking dynamic Bilingual Account Manager to join their team for a full-time perm role. 

This is a hybrid role located in Montreal. The ideal candidate is passionate about solution-based selling strategies, prospecting, account management, and relationship-building.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales, client acquisition, and client management within Montreal, focusing on Wireless, Wireline, and comprehensive technology services and solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with product offerings and client objectives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
  • Coordinate presale activities and develop tailored client solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, serving as the primary point of contact for new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies, resulting in high impact solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and administrative functions.
  • Meet clients within your territory, prospecting new business and offering value-based solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales, account management, and/or business development experience, ideally within the telecommunications, technology, or IT sectors.
  • A proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and securing new business 
  • Skilled in solution based and consultative selling techniques.
  • A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience managing public sector accounts and RFP processes a strong asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required.

Notre client, un leader national dans le secteur des technologies de télécommunication, est à la recherche d’un Chargé de compte bilingue dynamique pour se joindre à son équipe dans le cadre d’un poste permanent à temps plein.

Ce poste est hybride, basé à Montréal.
Le candidat idéal est passionné par les stratégies de vente axées sur les solutions, la prospection, la gestion de comptes et le développement de relations clients.

Responsabilités :

  • Diriger les ventes, l’acquisition et la gestion des clients dans la région de Montréal, en mettant l’accent sur les services et solutions technologiques sans fil, filaires et intégrés.

  • Développer et exécuter des plans d’affaires stratégiques alignés sur les offres de produits et les objectifs des clients afin d’atteindre les cibles de revenus.

  • Rechercher et sécuriser de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires par la prospection, le réseautage et la recherche sectorielle.

  • Coordonner les activités de prévente et développer des solutions sur mesure pour les clients en collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles.

  • Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente en agissant comme principal point de contact pour les nouveaux clients.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin d’assurer l’exécution fluide des stratégies de vente menant à des solutions à fort impact.

  • Maintenir des prévisions de ventes précises et gérer les fonctions administratives connexes.

  • Rencontrer les clients de votre territoire, prospecter de nouvelles affaires et offrir des solutions à valeur ajoutée.

Qualifications et expérience :

  • Plus de 4 ans d’expérience en ventes B2B, gestion de comptes et/ou développement des affaires, idéalement dans les secteurs des télécommunications, des technologies ou des TI.

  • Antécédents démontrés en prospection, en acquisition et en développement de nouvelles affaires.

  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente consultative et axée sur les solutions.

  • Esprit orienté client avec d’excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et négociation.

  • Solide maîtrise de Salesforce, PowerPoint et Excel.

  • Expérience dans la gestion de comptes du secteur public et des processus d’appels d’offres (RFP) – un atout important.

  • Permis de conduire valide et véhicule personnel requis.
