About the Opportunity
Our non-profit and financial services client is seeking an Instructional Designer to support the rollout of a new enterprise system. In this role, you will shape the design of an organization-wide training program that helps employees build confidence, capability, and readiness for a major transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional partners who are passionate about creating a smooth experience for learners and the teams who support them.
This is a collaborative opportunity where your ability to map curriculum, design multi-modal learning experiences, and translate complex business and system requirements into meaningful training will truly make an impact. You will contribute to a highly visible project that strengthens the organization’s ability to adapt, innovate, and grow.
