About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible Senior Accountant role within a global, professional services organization that values collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning. You will play a key role in statutory reporting and audit delivery, working at the point where technical accounting meets real business impact.

As a Senior Accountant, you will join a small, high-performing finance team that operates within a global structure, partnering closely with regional finance leaders, auditors, and non-finance stakeholders. Your work will support accurate financial reporting across a complex portfolio of entities, while helping translate technical accounting requirements into clear, practical guidance for the broader business.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll prepare annual statutory financial statements, including note disclosures under IFRS or local GAAP.
  • In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison for audits, responding to requests and coordinating inputs across multiple teams.
  • You’ll build and maintain clear audit documentation, including process flows, controls, and supporting schedules.
  • You’ll perform and present detailed variance analysis for regional finance leadership.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with finance and non-finance partners to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • You’ll support ad hoc projects and contribute to ongoing process and control improvements.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
  • CPA designation is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting.
  • Proven audit experience, with the ability to translate audit requirements to non-finance audiences.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative communication style with strong written and verbal skills.
