We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to lead infrastructure modernization initiatives within a large, complex environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, governance, and delivery  providing structure and clarity to high-impact projects that drive organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for multiple infrastructure and security initiatives.

  • Develop project plans, define timelines, and oversee resource allocation to ensure successful execution.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies while maintaining progress against scope and objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to align project deliverables with business goals.

  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and risk logs to senior leadership to communicate progress and outcomes.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

  • Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure project success and measurable business value.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network security environments.

  • 5+ years leading medium-to-large infrastructure modernization projects within a complex organization.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and navigate interdependencies.

  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification (highly preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with infrastructure lifecycle programs (hardware evergreening, hybrid cloud integration).

  • Exposure to network security modernization, firewall architecture, and Zero Trust frameworks.

  • Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset.
