Altis is recruiting for three UKG Implementation Trainers to join our client in the healthcare sector for a 2-month contract. This is an immediate opportunity for a dynamic professional who can provide hands-on support and training on their new time and attendance system in UKG. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to resource for staff and managers, answering questions related to the new UKG time and attendance system.

• Participate in road shows across all areas within the organization, providing visible support and guidance to employees.

• Identify common issues or questions during training and communicate feedback to the implementation team for system improvements.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of hands-on technical experience with the UKG time and attendance system.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Outgoing, confident, patient, and enthusiastic about teaching and providing support.

• Availability to work on-site and have flexibility in work hours to be available for the start and end of the shifts (7am, 3pm, 11pm).
