About the Role

Are you passionate about driving innovation in virtual wealth delivery and building strategic partnerships that elevate client experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Wealth Partnerships to lead the development and execution of programs that support high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients through virtual channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and a strong background in wealth management.

Is his role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

Advisor Enablement & Program Development

  • Design and implement virtual programs that enhance advisor capabilities in planning and advice delivery
  • Lead coaching and development initiatives to identify wealth-eligible clients
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning for team members
  • Foster a culture of performance, inclusion, and collaboration

 

Strategic Execution & Virtual Channel Support

  • Drive strategic initiatives that improve the virtual advisory experience
  • Align virtual wealth strategies with broader business goals
  • Identify and implement scalable digital enhancements

 

Sales Enablement & Business Planning

  • Deliver structured sales enablement training for tailored, integrated advice
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Support business planning aligned with strategic goals

 

Partnership Development & Engagement

  • Build strong relationships across internal and external partners
  • Promote the virtual wealth channel through presentations and engagement initiatives

 

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (AML/ATF, FATCA, etc.)
  • Resolve client escalations and support audit readiness

 

Digital Engagement & Connect With Us Oversight

  • Optimize engagement through the Connect With Us portal
  • Establish feedback loops for continuous improvement

 

Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes
  • Champion change leadership and process innovation

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  •  University degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 7–10 years in financial services, with leadership experience in Wealth Management
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment, and lending solutions
  • Experience with virtual advisory models and digital engagement tools
  • Strategic and critical thinker with strong execution skills
  • Proven leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client-focused with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable navigating change in a virtual environment

 

Working Conditions

  • Office-based with a mix of in-person and virtual collaboration
  • Occasional travel for leadership events or partner engagement
  • Flexibility during peak business periods
