The Manager, Global Third Party Risk Management contributes to the overall success of the Global Third Party Risk Management Program across all markets where the Bank operates. This position is responsible for accurately applying the TPRM frameworks and tools to conduct efficient and effective risk assessments. The incumbent ensures all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and procedures, while meeting individual goals that align with broader team strategies and business objectives.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Promotes a customer-centric culture to deliver outstanding service and support to Global TPRM stakeholders.
  • Provides expert guidance to global Contract Owners and key stakeholders to enable effective execution of the Global TPRM program.
  • Conducts independent oversight and effective challenge of the subcontractor risk domain, in compliance with the Third Party Risk Management Operating Standards and Subcontractor process and procedures.
  • Incorporates the Bank’s risk appetite and culture into day-to-day operations and decision-making. • Supports or leads TPRM activities as appropriate, promoting global consistency and alignment.
  • Performs ad hoc tasks to support risk recommendations, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to enhance user experience and strengthen risk controls.
  • Leads or contributes to projects aimed at improving the accuracy and completeness of the book of record.
  • Supports the coordination, development, and delivery of communications, change management, and training related to TPRM policies and processes to ensure effective implementation.
  • Contributes to strategic Third Party Risk Management initiatives and projects as directed by the VP or Director.
  • Promote a high-performance culture and actively support the development of an inclusive and collaborative workplace.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
  • MBA or other graduate-level education in a related discipline is considered an asset.
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory environment related to third-party risk.
  • 3–5 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on third-party risk.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage challenging conversations and complaints effectively.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication abilities; able to communicate confidently with senior management and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Applies sound judgment, critical thinking, and learning agility, while upholding a high standard of professional and personal integrity.
  • Excels in time management and consistently maintains attention to detail.
  • Working proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
