Summary

The role is to help grow Bell’s Agency team and you’ll be the primary point of contact for agencies in Canada. Leverage executive relationships and multi platform expertise to inspire agencies to become Bell Media experts. We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven Senior Head of Agency Manager to lead and grow our partnerships with top media agencies. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, enhancing agency education, and delivering innovative advertising solutions across digital platforms. You will serve as a trusted advisor to agency partners, helping them unlock the full potential of our advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with media agency holding companies and independents.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with agency goals and our platform capabilities.
  • Lead joint business planning and commercial negotiations.
  • Deliver scaled education programs, workshops, and thought leadership sessions.
  • Inspire agencies to become platform experts through training on ad products, measurement tools, and creative solutions.
  • Identify and develop high-impact advertising opportunities.
  • Co-create breakthrough campaigns leveraging platform-specific creative capabilities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for success.
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Measurement) to align agency needs with platform innovations.
  • Influence product development through feedback loops with agency stakeholders.

Critical Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing strategic agency relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of media platforms with digital advertising experience preferred. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in media planning, creative strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.


 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global agency holding companies.
  • Familiarity with programmatic buying, retail media, and full-funnel advertising.
  • Background in creative innovation or ad tech solutions.
  • Background in deal negotiations an asset


 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
