Provide front-end technical support for Capital Markets business applications, focusing on Global FX Cash, eFX, and FX Options. Serve as the primary technical contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of production issues and supporting ongoing innovation.

 

In this role you will: 

 

  • Monitor, triage, and remediate production issues and requests according to priority and defined SLAs.
  • Act as the main technical contact for allocated clients regarding new requirements, support, and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm to improve products and drive innovation.
  • Directly interact with business stakeholders, including trading, sales, Middle Office, and Back Office users.
  • Coordinate with team members in other regions (Toronto/India) for issue/task handovers and knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain problem/task tickets with up-to-date status and detailed documentation of investigations and remediation.
  • Assist with smaller enhancement work for the BA team when resource capacity allows.
  • Provide flexible support, including on-call and weekend shifts during production releases and maintenance.

 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? 
 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Finance/Capital Markets technology support role.
  • Self-driven with strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Service Now.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Unix.
  • Experience with Murex and WSS FX (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
  • Confident and concise communication skills with both business and technical clients/colleagues.
