Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of investment professionals in Toronto. The Director will be responsible for leading transactions from start to finish, including origination, structuring, due diligence, negotiation and closing of new investment opportunities. As a Director, you will assist the Managing Directors with coverage for newly onboarded clients and work closely with a variety of internal partners across BMO. You will work alongside the Managing Directors to help mentor a team of associates to evaluate new investment opportunities and manage/monitor the portfolio. Please note the base salary range for this specific position in Toronto is $130,000 - $150,000, and this position would also be eligible for annual bonus compensation.
