Reporting to the Manager, Administrative Services for the Eastern Region, you will:
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Administrative Professional/Office Administration.
You have a minimum of three years (full-time equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Experience within finance, accounting, and/or a student account environment would be considered an asset.
Experience with accounts payables/receivables would be considered an asset.
Occupational experience using PeopleSoft Student, SAP or other account management software would be considered an asset.
You are comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, and have a strong, demonstrable knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.
You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology, and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work.
Experience training others would be considered an asset.
Experience in an educational environment supporting and/or providing services to students and prospective students would be considered an asset.
