About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic digital applications team supporting enterprise-level software and data initiatives. You’ll work in an Agile/Scrum environment to define requirements, improve processes, and deliver impactful technology solutions that enhance business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.

• Map and improve processes, procedures, and data flows.

• Define and document system interfaces between manual and automated operations.

• Support acceptance testing and contribute to project plans, schedules, and risk logs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Degree or diploma in business, technology, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and complex processes.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as IIBA (CCBA/CBAP) or PMI-PBA.

• Strong experience defining interfaces and developing acceptance criteria.
