Automation Engineer, Global Cash Management Technology

 

The role:

 

Contributes to the overall success of the Payments & Core Banking Engineering globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites.
  • Debug and test automation codebase, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Document and test new software applications, providing detailed reports.
  • Research, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and mentor junior team members.
  • Approach and solve high-level problems with strategic solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and drive innovation within the team.

 

 

What do you need to succeed?

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related area.
  • Extensive experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Advanced proficiency with Selenium, Robot, Postman, and related tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Payments and SWIFT Domain Knowledge are an asset (SWIFT, FED, ISO20022)
  • Exposure to Google-based AI tools is a plus
