Your Responsibilities
You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Insurance Sales Agents across your assigned territory.
You will actively drive new business growth through personal sales activity, networking, and relationship building.
You will support both junior and senior team members by providing hands-on guidance, deal support, and accountability.
You will collaborate with senior leadership to execute regional sales strategies and performance goals.
You will monitor pipeline health, sales metrics, and market opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of direct commercial insurance sales experience, with demonstrated revenue results.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals in a field-based environment.
Strong business development skills with comfort in cold calling, networking, and in-person selling.
Valid commercial insurance licensing are ideal (OTL, LLQP, RIBO)
Confidence working with sales metrics, book of business data, and performance reporting.
