A federal government department is undertaking a large-scale Grants and Contributions (G&C) System Renewal Project. The initiative aims to modernize existing legacy systems to improve process consistency, reduce funding lapses, and enhance program delivery and reporting. They require a CRM Developer to support these efforts. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics SDK

• Connect MS Dynamics with external applications (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, GC Case, Cognos Analytics) via ODATA and web services

• Participate in system architecture design, deployment, and integration activities

• Conduct fit-gap analyses between business needs and out-of-the-box Dynamics functionality

• Develop IT solutions in N-Tier environments

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience (within the last 15 years) developing MS Dynamics CRM solutions in an IM/IT environment.

• Minimum 7 years of experience (within the last 15 years) writing code using C#, JavaScript, and/or the MS Dynamics CRM SDK.

• Minimum 7 years of experience (within the last 15 years) converting business requirements into functional specifications for MS Dynamics CRM solutions

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience developing data migration strategies from MS Excel, Access, or other formats into MS Dynamics solutions.

• Experience creating dashboards and charts using out-of-the-box MS Dynamics components or Power BI.

• Experience setting up business process workflows in MS Dynamics or other CRM platforms for automation.

• Experience integrating MS Dynamics with external applications (e.g., MS Outlook, SAP, GC Case, Adobe Experience Manager) using ODATA and web services.
